The classic Spanish pastry of my dreams. An unsuspecting and simple pastry at first glance, I decided to pick one up on the chance that it was probably the most delicious thing I was missing out on—and I was right. Thank goodness for my baker and travel intuition! After one bite, I got out my notebook and wrote down a recipe whilst sipping an iced matcha. Sometimes, like poetry, recipes just pour out of me.
