So, you have more questions?

We have more answers (fingers crossed).

Q: Where is your bakery, and what are your hours of operation?

A: You can find us at the McKinney Farmers Market every Saturday from 8AM-12PM during spring/summer/autumn, or from 9AM-12PM during winter. We do occasionally market hop, as well as do pop-ups/collaborations! If you’d like to stay up to date with us, just give us a follow on social media (Instagram and Facebook).

Brooke also travels and offers pastry/sourdough courses in the EU/UK over the winter months for those looking to learn more in-depth and have a hands-on learning experience.

Q: Can i get your products outside of farmers markets or pop-ups?

A. Currently we only operate and offer our products at markets and pop-ups.

Q: I sent you an email, but I haven't heard back just yet. When can I expect a response? This is urgent!

A: Thank you so much for reaching out! We try our best to stick to a two day policy, but sometimes life does happen and it may take us a bit more time to respond. We politely ask that you do not send us multiple emails if you do not receive a response that exact day, we promise we’ll get back to you!

Q: Do you only use rosemary in your products since your bakery is called ‘the rosemary bakery’?

A: I named the bakery after the two women that have inspired/influenced me most in life-my mother and my grandmother. I simply would not be who I am without having/had their presence in my life-I owe them everything. Rosemary stands for remembrance and was often put on graves historically. It is also an ode to our Italian heritage, and both my mother/grandmother carry the name Mary. So you can see how it all comes together to make the perfect name, no? Long story short, to simply answer the question-no. Not everything has rosemary in it. If an item does has rosemary, it is specified in the name and/or the description of the pastry. If you’re not 100% sure if an item does or does not have rosemary, please feel free to ask us! We’re always happy to answer.

Q: Do you offer any gluten-free items?

A: As much as we would love for our celiac friends to enjoy a pastry from us, we can not 100% guarantee that it didn't come into contact with flour. Therefore, we don’t offer gluten free baked goods. We do, however, always have our proper sourdough bread on the menu for those that are not celiac or are without serious gluten allergies! The long fermentation breaks down the proteins in the bread, therefore making it easier to digest and healthier overall!

Q: Do you cater events?

A: We do! We'd love to meet with you over coffee to discuss just what it is you're looking for and what we offer, or connect over email. We're all about setting up, slinging some pastries, and helping you enjoy your event with ease.

Q: What about weddings?

A: While I love weddings (who doesn’t?!), I’ve put our wedding catering on hold until further notice.

Q: Do you travel?

A: We allow a certain distance of travel included in our catering pricing, and then charge after that distance is exceeded. We will also travel out of state/country and can discuss pricing over email.

Q: Do you do collaborations?

A: Collaborating is always a good time! If you’d like to work together, or are looking to set up a joint workshop, please feel free to shoot us an email over on our contact page!

Q:How can I contact you/what is the best way to get in touch?

A: To get ahold of us, we ask that you simply head over to our contact page to reach us by email. While we do enjoy getting Facebook and Instagram messages, it is our policy to handle orders and business by email only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate you working with us!
