QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MARKET AND MENU

 Q: Where is your menu?

A: Our menu goes live here every Sunday evening at 6PM, and gets taken down every Tuesday at 12PM. While we’d love to leave it up, our business takes planning time. Every week we travel the metroplex to gather the best ingredients as quality and supporting local vendors is very important to us! If you missed the pre-order menu and still want some baked goods in your life, don’t worry! We always have extras on hand (sometimes we even have extras that weren’t available via pre-ordering)!!

Q: What are the farmers market hours and location?

A: The McKinney Farmers Market is located at 315 S. Chestnut Street, McKinney, 75069. Our booth is located on Chestnut street facing the large parking garage!

Markets from April to November are from 8AM to 12PM.

Markets from December to March are 9AM-12PM.

Q: I ordered, but i’m running a little late. Can i pick up my pastries a little after the market?

A: We understand things happen. While we’ll try our best to work with you when possible, we do stand by our policy that orders MUST BE PICKED UP DURING MARKET HOURS as everyone agrees to when submitting a pre-order.

Q: why do i have a different pastry than i ordered?

A: Sometimes things happen in the kitchen and a pastry or bread ‘bites the dust’ as Freddie would say. In the event that we totally mess up a batch of something on our planned menu (whoops, we’re human too), our policy is that we’ll make sure a similar pastry of equal or greater value lands in your bag. We’ll make note of this on your order as well so it’s not a total surprise!

Q: I had a certain product from you that i loved, but i no longer see it available?

A. We’re so happy to hear you fell in love with one of our products! We do change our menu seasonally, and our offerings are highly dependent on what is available-sometimes this changes monthly or weekly! If you fancied something quite a bit and just cant get it out of your mind, feel free to reach out to us. You just might see it make a comeback on the menu!

Q: How should i contact you for questions? I reached out via social media and haven’t heard back.

A: While we enjoy social media, we don’t always see messages. The best way to get ahold of us is to email us on our contact page for any orders, requests, or questions!

Q: What payments do you take?

A. We take card payments and cash directly at the market. For pre-orders we solely take card payments on our website only. We also accept The Rosemary Bakery gift cards at the farmers market, please just make sure to let us know when using one so we can make sure to run it correctly!
