THE ROSEMARY BAKERY PRE-ORDER TERMS OF SERVICE

Details, Terms, And Conditions:

1. ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 12 P.M EVERY TUESDAY FOR SATURDAY PRE-ORDERS, no exceptions.

2. full payment is required at checkout for the items we have listed. pre-orders that are unpaid in any manner are not considered pre-orders, thus will not be fulfilled unless otherwise agreed between the rosemary bakery and customer.

3. we do not accept orders less than $5.00. a MInimum of $5 must be made on pre-orders, as stated on our website, otherwise you will receive a penalty/charge.

4. we do not accept any returns on purchased goods.

5. no cancellations.

6. SOmetimes things happen in the kitchen, that’s just part of baking things fresh! if a pastry unfortunately becomes unavailable, we will replace it with a similar pastry of equal or greater value and note it on your order slip.

7. If you do not pick up your order during designated pick up time/location, The Rosemary Bakery is not responsible for your order. Pick-up times and locations are listed, please be mindful. all sales are final.

8. Saturday pre-orders are available for pick-up from 8AM-12PM at the McKinney Farmers Market at Chestnut Square in downtown McKinney only.
