Thanksgiving 2025
Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully in each moment and to look at all beings with eyes of compassion.
-Thich Nhat Hanh
Time is something we always think we can grasp onto, and yet there it is slipping through the cracks in our hands. I know for most people, the beginning of the holidays can evoke a sense of haste-for shopping, decor, having the right thing to please everyone, etc.-but it is my hope that this year you’re able to slow down a little. That you’re able to find the beauty in each and every moment, that you can create memories with the people you love. While Thanksgiving is a holiday on a calendar, the opportunity to be grateful is something we can experience day in and day out. And when the time does come to gather over a table in a house surrounded by warmth, love, a turkey (or tofurkey), and fake autumn leaves…I hope you’re able to really be in the moment, with eyes full of compassion, plates full of delicious food, bread on the table, and flakes from a pastry gracing your shirt as you smile and silently count the ways you’re thankful.
And I, sweet friend, am very grateful for you.

PIE
All pies are made in a 9” tin, and our all-butter crust.
Please wash/recycle pie tins if you’re able.
The original-the one and only!! Our signature pie since 2014, cooked down the old fashioned way with a subtle hint of rosemary and sea salt. Not too sweet, and zero corn syrup. (You might want to save a slice for later before your loved ones devour it.) Baked in our all butter crust with a classic crimp.

The ultimate pumpkin pie-the one dreams are made of. This beauty is perfectly spiced and delicate on the palate. It comes complete with a tiny mountain of freshly made chantilly cream, sugared pepitas, cinnamon pecans, gingersnap crumble, and floral garnishes. All beautifully baked/displayed in our all-butter crust with a classic crimp.
This one just might be your new favorite (don't worry, we won't tell Grandma).
Contains nuts (if you so choose)
Talk about one heck of a pie, this has been a stunner over the last five years!!!! A dark chocolate chess pie with all of your favorite spices, fresh pomegranate seeds, and a dark chocolate ganache make up this piece of heaven. Garnished white roses.
Our most beloved Thanksgiving pie. Gala apples are baked down with caramel and dates, with a touch of thyme for an exquisite taste that will make your tastebuds jump for joy. This pie is easily the stunner of any table it adorns, baked in our all butter crust lattice work and autumn leaves making a lovely wreath around the edges.

Y'all know I'm a big fan of traveling, and when I do, I like to try one of (almost) everything. Whether it be a friend's shop I'm popping into, a brand new recommendation, or a random delightful find...I love trying new pastries. So, I figured why not have a little sampler box for Thanksgiving so you all can also try one of everything? Only real question here is, will you call dibs on a specific pastry or cut them up to share? It's okay, you don't have to tell us...
One Croissant, One Pain Au Chocolat, One Kouign Amann, One Almond Croissant, One Pistachio Blackberry Croissant, One Maple Bacon Scroll, One Biscoff & Chocolate Bostock, One Rosemary Sea Salt Twist.

PAIN ET PLUS
Our classic sourdough, perfect to slice for your Holiday table (and even better to keep the leftovers for pain perdu in the morning).
A market favorite! This sourdough has buttermilk in it, and is baked as a loaf-style bread. It’s a little more dense than our country bread and slices beautifully. Eat as is, or make some stellar sandwiches post-holiday!
French almond cakes, tiny memories from my time spent in Normandie! Baked in a circular shape like I learned across the pond, these have been a favorite since I brought them back in 2017.

By the dozen only.
Since 2015, these have been a classic from our bakery. In fact, these very shortbread are what sealed the deal in 2016 for our very first year at the farmers market. Light and perfectly balanced, these shortbread will disappear fast! Perfect for bringing to a gathering, or for snacking on in your own home.

By the dozen only.
P.S.
The holidays have always been such a wildly huge part of my life, 100% in thanks to my grandmother. She was such a massive inspiration to me, and to put it rather simply-I would not be who I am or do what I do without having been so close to her.
This is our third holiday season without her, and I thought it would be rather brilliant to link one of her favorite organizations for cancer here. If you feel you would like to donate in her honor, please do! I won’t know if you do or don’t, that’s simply up to you if you want to. Regardless, I just ask that you quietly nod toward Margaret Mary (my grandmother) when picking up your floured goods from us this season and to think of the things you’re thankful for (what she always taught me).
For truly—The Rosemary Bakery simply would not be in existence without having had her beautiful presence in my life for so long. And, I don’t know, isn’t that just something wonderful? Her legacy lives on.
Cheers to you, Grandma ♥
